The dusk falls like a mantle on the earth, The fox calls to his mate with a shrill bark, The shepard wends his way back to his hut, having put away his sheep. The nightingale starts to sing in the clear night sky, greeting the stars and moon, Sending her clear call across the valley.

The Man stands gazing across the vally floor to where he can see his loved one's home and his heart fills.

A cry from the heart comes unbidden from his lips as he calls out her name with longing for her touch.

Her head raises from her work and a smile crosses her face, Her heart lifts and seems to seek his out, She walks to the door and opening it looks out across the land.

THe light of her room outlines her figure and the Man's heart is glad. He walks slowly across the field savouring in anticipation their arms around each other. His heart racing with a passion only true lovers know.

She sees his aproach and her heart matches his beat for beat. Gripping the doorposts to stop herself running to meet him. Much as she wants to hold him and be held, The sweet torture of waiting is exhillerating and her body is afire with desire for him.

He stands at the door, his eyes gazing deeply into hers. Lovers messages pass between them like flames of of a roaring fire. He takes her face cupped in his hands and traces her lips with his thumbs. Then gently, he kisses her with soft gentle touches. Then they close the door and until the morn, know only each other..
