Tea For Anyone?

Having your afternoon tea alone whilst chatting in DALnet? Or having a thought of tea session with some friends over your place but couldn’t find one? Why not indulge yourself in a hot tea tub instead?

After having my monthly Swedish massage therapy session with my therapist, she recommended me in some of the more exotic and ‘eye-opener’ natural healing methods. Guess what, she recommends me to soak myself in tea. “Wow” was the word that came out of my mouth. A big man like me, soak in tea? No way! I’ve heard of using flower petals and fruits, but not tea. Then she convinced me of its benefits and its goodness contained in the natural ingredients. Hence, I decided in writing an article on it and share it with the chatters around the world in DALnet.

Tea, apart from its soothing and relaxing capabilities on us, it can be use to do wonders that not much of us realizes its benefits from it.

Here comes the catch. How about having tea, with a hot bath that contains tea in it?

Sounds tacky? Well recently, the Spas industries have discovered the beneficial usage of bathing in tea. Ancient tribal uses scents which is of tea-like leaves to shower themselves too.

Tea leaves contained many natural nutrients that are both great for skin and help soothes our mind and body. Unbelievable? Natural therapists would recommend such healing methods. Here are some of the examples of benefits I had gathered on some teas.

Black tea is a natural astringent. It helps cleansing the skin in giving it a natural glow and most females would welcome this as a beauty treatment, not to mention that a lot of men does watch over their beauty these days too. Did you know that you could also use black tea as an antibacterial solution for any abrasions, rashes and minor cuts? Apply it to the affected area and it’ll help healing faster and smoothen the skin.

Calendula tea soothes burns or open wounds. It works wonders to promote healing.

Burdock tea is effective on those who might have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or canker. Simply bathe in the tea and it’ll help in its natural healing by enhancing blood purifications.

Breathing in the aroma of herbal tea also provides great aromatherapy benefits. Scents of peppermints and healing herbs are wonderful spas experiences that you can easily enjoy in the comfort of your home. If you have a notebook computer, link it online and bring it along and chat in DALnet. If you do that, please do message me or curve and describe to us the experiences. (it’s optional)

Visit any of your local health or specialty beauty and bath stores that sell pre-made or made-to-order tea bags and use it in your bath. Alternatively, home made ones are cheaper. You can simply buy it in loose and mix it yourself to use it on your own bathe tub. Simply fill a large muslin bag or old stockings that you can find in the house and you can have your own favorite combination of teas and herbs to be used for your soaking session. While the tub is filled with water, squeeze the bagful of herbs or teas a couple of times to allow the herb juice flow. Then soak away and let the wonders of the natural tea work its magic on your skin and soul.

Well you may ask, since it is such relaxing, what else can be complimented towards these? What I can suggest is, probably applying a Green Tea mud mask that would compliment this experience. Green tea acts as an antioxidant. It helps to trap pollutants and contains traces of elements such as; manganese that helps strengthen bones, thiamine that helps strengthens muscles and Vitamin C to regulate metabolism.

Now, that’s what we call, total relaxation in today’s hectic lifestyles.

So get into a hot tea tub for a total relaxing experience that will soothe your spirit and gives you a natural glow. Never dread having drinking tea alone now. Soak in it! Remember that your drinking tea, does wonders for you. Either to drink it up, or soak in it, you decide.

Anyway, its tea time for me now. Anyone care for a tea tub with me?
