New Staff - Laurie Nickname: Laurie Age: 36 Time on DALnet: I started on DALnet in 1997, it's been 6 years now. Why did you want to become a member of DALnet staff, and what do you hope to contribute to the network: Becoming a member of DALnet staff allows me to help users in a broader spectrum in addition to helping the network run smoothly. Contributing to the network and the users alike while inviting a friendly and safe atmosphere. What do you do in real life: I write newsletters for a local company. I also plan on going back to school as soon as I figure out what I want to be when I grow up *grin*. If you could have a beer with a famous person, past or present, who would it be and what would you want to say to them: I think that would have to be JFK. I would like to know what really happened, the speculation of who and the truth behind it is intriguing. I would have alot of questions along those lines. "Bartender!". What do you do for fun when not on the Internet: I spend alot of time with my family and our Rottweiler. I like taking pictures, working with graphics, imagery in general but I really need to update my web site and get it back online.
