Sinigang na Maya-Maya sa Miso

Sinigang is often labeled a "comfort food" throughout the Philippines. This popular dish is said to warm the heart & clear the mind. This dish can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup diced tomatoes
16 cups water
1 Fish head, cut into 2 peices
1 cup diced radish
4 packs Sinigang sa Miso mix
1 tsp salt
1 cup mustard leaves, sliced

Preparation:

Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Add fish head and cook for five minutes.
Strain cooked fish from the broth, set aside.
Add radish and Sinigang sa Miso mix, bring to a boil.
Season with salt and then turn-off the heat.
Add mustard leaves.
