Effective immediately (if not sooner)
when identifying to either nickserv or chanserv:
 

add the following when sending an identify msg to nickerv or chanserv "@services.dal.net"
"/msg nickserv@services.dal.net IDENTIFY <password>"
instead of /msg nickserv identify <password> 
when identifying as founder of a channel:
"/msg chanserv@services.dal.net identify <password>"
rather than /msg chanserv identify <password>
this will work for all msgs to either nickserv, chanserv or memoserv
if all else fails, type  /msg nickserv help identify
or go to #DALnethelp
